Richard Karikari is a highly valued member of our club, serving as both its President and Technical Director. With his background as a former CFL Allstar and leadership in the community, he provides exceptional guidance for our youth players, ensuring they receive the direction and support they need to succeed.

Barry's extensive coaching experience in the Dolphins program for over 15 years has given him valuable insights and knowledge. From leading championship teams to implementing club initiatives, his expertise is a valuable asset to any organization.

Laura is an integral part of the Teal and White team, managing the club's software and administration. 

Coach Smith has been an integral part of the Dolphins Program for over 20 years, leading both AP Dolphins and now Durham Dolphins to countless championships. As the longest-serving coach in the program, he has helped many alumni reach professional and collegiate ranks through his expert guidance.

Nathaniel has an extensive background in football, from his playing days with the Phins to his current position as a University positional coach in the U-Sports. With his expertise, he is well-equipped to lead the U16 team with great pride and help the athletes reach the next level.

Say hello to Owen, the skilled QB from Nova Scotia and St. Francis Xavier U, who will be bringing his offensive expertise to our U14 program this summer. As a coach in the Dolphins program for two seasons, he is excited to share his knowledge and help bring the team to new heights.
